Failure is Good: Switch Gears

Failure is good because allows us to learn from our practice. Developing a new attitude or method of teaching may result in failure. It could also result in a better community of learning. Sometimes a technique as simple as switching gears in your practice may help to get a more positive result. Please view the video and see what you think.
